Description: Osborne arch punches are drop forged in one piece from the finest special carbon steel. The unique feature of the punch is the inside taper which permits the punching to clear easily through the barrel. Punches have fully polished barrels and black enamel handle. The cutting edge is fully hardened all the way through and properly finished to provide long use trouble free punching. We recommend that you always Punch on a wood or plastic cutting block or the #O603 cutting pad listed in this section. Steel hammers are not recommended use a wooden or rawhide mallet.
This punch meets Government Standards.
